- Entering 13th Season as a High School Varsity Football Assistant Coach (Wide Receivers).
- Tuscarora High School (Leesburg, VA) - 2011-15 (Defensive Backs), 2020-Present (Wide Receivers)
- Riverside High School (Leesburg, VA) - 2016-19 (Wide Receivers)
- Served as an Offensive Quality Control Coach for the American Team at the 2018 NFLPA Collegiate Bowl under Head Coach Darrell Green
- Served as Counselor/Coach at the 2010 Advantage Football Camp in Norfolk, VA under Coach Ron Whitcomb (University of Buffalo, Old Dominion University)
TRACK & FIELD
- Served as Sprinters Coach (100-400m) at Tuscarora High School in Leesburg, VA (2012-15)
- 2012 Dulles District Women's Champions, 2013 Dulles District Men's Champions, 2014 Dulles District Men's Champions
- 2014 & 2015 Men's 4x100m and 4x400m Relays finished Top 8 in Virginia; recognized as All-State

- Certified USA Weightlifting Level 2 Coach

WHAT WE OFFER
Speed
Focus on technique, acceleration, movement, and force production for all athletes.
Agility
Emphasis on lateral movement, change of direction, low center of gravity, reaction, and fast-twitch movements.
Skill Specific Training
Emphasis on skills and drills directly correlated to each sport. Designed to prepare athletes for in-game situations.
Strength & Conditioning
We teach Olympic weightlifting, explosive movements, tempo training, and resistance training to develop athletes' power and flexibility.
Training Highlight Videos
Athletes may have a training video montage constructed for an additional charge of $100.
